Good day, Sir/Ma'am. I would like to request for certificate of driver's license as I'll be needing it as a requirement for my application of driver's license abroad. I am from Bataan and our LTO branch here doesn't issue it. Hence, may I know the nearest LTO branch near Bataan where I can secure the said certificate? Thank you very much.

You asked for Request for certificate of drivers license.

Response to Request

You or your authorized representative may apply at the License Section, LTO Central Office, East Avenue, Quezon City.
 
Kindly send your authorized representative a copy of your driver’s license, authorization letter and a copy of a valid government issued ID of your representative, a corresponding fee of Php 100.00 is charged for the said certification.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LTO Assistant Secretary Edgar C. Galvante at ltocdmpao@lto.gov.ph . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
