Hi! I would like to request information about LTO's public api, such that:

1. It provides license plate number together with its associated vehicle type.

Shouldn't there be a public api, could you provide at least a dataset of registered vehicles in Cebu containing the license plate number as well as the type of vehicle.

We need this data for our research/thesis as one of its goals is to identify the type of vehicle just by having only the license plate number.
