Good day, i am Bernon Astorga. I have found my account was alarmed in the LTO. I have already paid for my violation already. I am to request to your good hand the opening of my. Accout in LTMS. BECAUSE I NEED TO RENEW MY MOTORCYCLE. THANK YOU.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.
To create changes/retrieved your LTMS portal account, please send to this email: "Client Care"<clientcare@lto.gov.ph>; with the following requirements below. 

1.) Active email address 
2.) One valid ID with signatures 
3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature. 
4.) Current photo of holding your valid ID.

Your right to request a review
