January 18, 2021 Dear Norman, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 05, 2022 at 03:58 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for a Drivers license certification. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. However, you or your authorized representative may apply at the License Section, LTO Central Office, East Avenue, Quezon City. Kindly send your authorized representative a copy of your driver’s license, authorization letter and a copy of a valid government issued ID of your representative, a corresponding fee of Php 100.00 is charged for the said certification. You may apply for a clearance for no apprehension/alarm at the Law Enforcement Service (LES), LTO East Avenue, Quezon City.
