Response to your request

Despite our efforts to furnish you with the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Quezon City and the Land Transportation Office, we evaluated that the said MOA contains provisions that cannot be disclosed without the consent of the parties involved. It is one of the exceptions under E.O. 2 s. 2016. For more understanding of the other exceptions, kindly read the Inventory of Exceptions under E.O. 2, series of 2016.
