Good Morning Ma'am Sir!

I am Arnel Sagumit Ang. I am currently renewing my Driver's License. However, I was not able to register in LTO's portal. As I am submitting the required details, the system says that my serial number and license number is invalid. My previous license was registered last 2016 with the old format of license number and serial number. The portal is not accepting my license number and serial number.

You asked for a Driver's license serial number

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. 

In addition, you can create an LTMS portal account even if you have not been issued a driver's license card or the serial number does not match by registering on the LTMS portal. Just click "Register Now" and "Terms of Agreement" will appear. Then select "Enroll as Individual" and click "NO" on the question "Do you have a Philippine Driver's or Conductor's License?" and press "Next". After that, fill up the following forms or answer the questions. And once you have an LTMS portal account and have been issued a driver's license ID card, kindly request our client care team at this email clientcare@lto.gov.ph, to sync it to your LTMS portal account.
