Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:

1) The Number of First Timer (new) Applicants for Driver's License in the Philippines in the year 2016 and 2017.

2) The Number of First Timer (new) Applicants for Driver's License in Region 5 in the year 2016 and 2017.
