Hi, I would like to request for guidelines on how to report reckless drivers that was caught on camera. It seems there is no publicly available information on the specific steps to be done.

In USA, a person can just report it directly from 911 but it seems it is not applicable here in the Philippines. They only entertain emergency situations.
