Hi, I would like to request for me and my husband's No Apprehension Driver's License certificate. We already paid the amount online but we were not able to pick it up at the main office due to time constrains during that time. If possible, can we just receive the copy of our certificate online. we are currently out of the country and we need it for our application for driver's license. Thank you.
