Good day LTO! Ask ko lang po sana about sa renewal ko ng driver's license. 2017 po nung last time na nagrenew ako ng lisensya sa Bacoor Cavite branch kaso resibo lang ang ibinigay sakin kasi wala pa daw silang available na card. Lagi po ako nag-follow up sakanila about sa status ng card kaso laging sinasabi na wala paring available. Paexpire na po ako ngayong April. Tapos na din po ako sa LTMS online exam.Need ko parin po bang i-claim yung card or valid naman na yung receipt na hawak ko para makapagparenew? Medyo malayo na po kasi yung location ko ngayon sa Bacoor branch. Thank you and gobless

Response to Request

The Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card or are still having trouble entering their serial number. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: 
" Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?"

Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information and continue with your renewal.
