Dear Sir/ Madam,
Good day!
I would like to ask for the basis/ bases of additional 1/4 year, 1/2 year, or 3/4 year LTO Registration and its copy/ copies.
Sometimes, we were advised by LTO to pay for additional (1/4, 1/2, or 3/4) year LTO registration BEFORE the schedule for LTO renewal, based on plate ending, in order to avoid penalties.
Other times, we were only asked to pay additional fraction of LTO registration when processing LTO renewal DURING the schedule for LTO renewal, based on plate ending, and was asked to come back next year for a whole year LTO renewal.
