You asked for a Copy LTO Driver's License Certification and No Apprehension Certificate.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. However we have sent you the following requirements and procedure through your email last July 13,2021.
