Hello,  may i request for the following guidelines,:

* Using the motorcycle anywhere while the dealer is processing the registration (first 1 week based on the sales invoice released by the dealer)

* What to do if the dealer took 2-3 weeks before they release the registration

* Transporting motorcycle from Metro Manila to Province on the first 1 week (any documents that is deemed required to be always available while travelling the vehicle)

* Enforcers jurisdiction when they see anyone having a motorcycle that has no plate and OR/CR but still under the 1 week transport time period
