Hi LTO i just bought a second hand unit motor. I need to renew registration of motor vehicle with the following details
Plate number: NE 16333
Model/yr: 2014
CR number: 216384556
OR number: 743927645

 
Upon checking through sms 2600 i found out an alarm for the stated vehicle. Kindly enlighten me on how to clear or lift the said alarm do that i can register the vehicle
