Hi. I would like to request an inquiry regarding my motorcycle that was been ship from our province. Is there any papers I need to get for me to use it here in manila? My motorcycle has complete papers yet it was registered in the province.  Would it be fine to use it here in the city?

Please be informed that the driver of the vehicle must always carry his/ her  Driver's License, Certificate of Registration or Official Receipt (OR/CR) while driving, to avoid having a penalty.
