Good day!
I am an OFW and would like to renew my car registration online. In order to do this, my motor vehicle needs to be linked in my LTMS portal. Can I do this without visiting LTO office as I am abroad.

Many thanks for your prompt response. I am attaching copy of my ORCR for your kind reference. Below are the details of my motor vehicle:

	PLATE NO.	: ABP72280
	YEAR MODEL	: 2015

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.
To create changes/retrieved your LTMS portal account, please send to this email: "Client Care"<clientcare@lto.gov.ph>; with the following requirements below. 

1.) Active email address 
2.) One valid ID with signatures 
3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature. 
4.) Current photo of holding your valid ID.

Your right to request a review
