Your request You asked for a Certificate of No Apprehension. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. However we were able to determine that this particular information is already available online. Here are the requirements for the Driver's License Certification: - Photocopy of Driver's License and Official Receipt -For DFA Authentication, the Driver's License should be valid -Letter of Authority and Valid I.D. of authorized representative.
