You asked for a LTO Driver’s Certification and Certificate of No Apprehension.

Here are the requirements for the Driver's License Certification:

- Photocopy of Driver's License and Official Receipt
-For DFA Authentication, the Driver's License should be valid
-Letter of Authority and Valid I.D. of authorized representative.
