To Whom it may concern.

My name  BERNARD LIGAN RADOVAN. I'm Trying to renew my Driver's License by registering through LTO's portal. while submitting the required details, the system says that my serial number and license number is invalid. My previous license was registered last 2017.  with the old format of license number and serial number. The portal is not accepting my license number and serial number. pls help me on what to do?

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and requests for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email reply.

The Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card or are still having trouble entering their serial number. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: 
" Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?"

Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information and continue with your renewal.
