Hi, I am Mark John Alba, requesting for a letter from LTO to explain to New Zealand Transport Authority why my PH driver's license D18-12-002459 was only valid for 4 years instead of 5 years. This letter is required for my NZ driver license conversion. In July 18, 2017 I did apply for license renewal in Dasmariñas Cavite but was told cards are not available. I was asked to go back in September 2018 to have photo taken, thus the date in drivers license card which expired July 2022. Please send letter to NZTA and mrk_alba@yahoo.com . Looking forward to hearing from you sooner than later.
