good day, i would like to know of how many days in process of releasing of new OR/CR. is permit to travel is allowed to use when the vehicle was only for registration ? i think it is unfair to us like me had a new vehicle then we only had 7 days to drive it at national road. which is not our fault on having delayed on our OR/CR. is there any other solution ?

Your Request

You asked for HOW MANY DAYS IS THE PROCESS OF OR/CR.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved.

You may use your new car on public roads for seven days from the date of the sales invoice on the basis of the conduction sticker. The car dealer must secure the OR/CR of your new car within seven days of the sales invoice. After seven days, your new car must have a OR/CR for it to be used on public roads.
You may contact your car dealer and follow up your OR/CR from them. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LTO Assistant Secretary Edgar C. Galvante at lto.cdmpao@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
