I wish to obtain a copy of the specific portion of the LTO citizen's charter showing the flowchart and corresponding number of days allotted per step covering the process of handling complaints seeking suspension or revocation of LTO issued driver's license, which is addressed and/or submitted before the Office of the Assistant Secretary, LTO.
