The most recent memo for the installation of crash guards in motorcycles

Requested from LTO by c. moncada at 12:39 AM on Oct 20, 2023.
Purpose: For Information Dissemination
Date of Coverage: 04/01/2023 - 10/20/2023

Greetings!

I would like to ask assistance to redirect my concern to the newest memorandum or issuance regarding the installation of crash guards on motorcycles. Previous search results as well as request done in this avenue(foi) yielded unsatisfactory answers.
LTO memo changes from time to time (e.g. aux lights being banned before but now is acceptable) and definition and guidelines often changes (e.g. the installation of top boxes before requires registration but recently only those that are used in businesses are required).

Your prompt and concise answer is highly appreciated.
