LTO Driver's License Receipt

Requested from LTO by A. Tongson at 04:01 PM on Jun 08, 2022.
Purpose: Research
Date of Coverage: 06/08/2022 - 06/08/2022
Tracking no: #LTO-009066454502

Tongson 04:01 PM, Jun 08, 2022

Hi,

Can I dispose of the official receipt of the LTO Driver's License once I receive the actual card or am I still required to keep and present the OR for future transactions with LTO (traffic violation, license renewal etc.)?

If so, what is the purpose of the security features of the license card if LTO or other agencies will still rely upon the OR for validation?

Thanks
