2. The current administrative issuances, orders, or rules and regulations which provide for the requirement of wearing a helmet when riding a motorcycle (Aside from the Motorcycle Helmet Act of 2009 and its IRR)
3. Other legal orders issued by your agency which are related to backriding and wearing of helmets;
4. Total number of registered motorcycles TODAY in a.) Metro Manila and b.) ALL OTHER PLACES in the Philippines.
