LICENSE ID SERIAL NUMBER

Pambujan 08:10 AM, Feb 10, 2022

Hi there,
I would like to request for my serial number for my license id. I already reached out to you and you provided me an fb link wherein I can see the different model of license ID. Though my concern is my serial number is not being accepted in online registration. I have a model 1 type of ID where the serial number is consists of number and letters. Though in LTO online registration, it says there that the serial number should only consists of numbers and that is why I can't renew my license. I am not asking of where I can find my serial number, I am asking of how can I put it online.
