You asked for a Drivers Certification and certificate of no Apprehension.


Response to your request
 
We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Please be informed that you can get a certificate of no apprehension through the LTMS portal. In your LTMS dashboard go to Documents > No Apprehension > Apply Certificate > Input the needed details > pay through our online payment partners. Once payment is Successful, your certificate will be sent in your email address or it is also visible in the documents page under “No Apprehension”, you may print the said file.

Note: that the client needs to switch to desktop mode to see the “PRINT” icon.

For your Driver's License Certificate, you or your authorized representative may apply for the Driver's License Certificate at the License Section, LTO Central Office, East Avenue, Quezon City.
 
Kindly send your authorized representative a copy of your driver’s license, authorization letter and a copy of a valid government issued ID of your representative, a corresponding fee of Php 100.00 is charged for the said certification.
