Hello,

We would like to request for a copy of the Memorandum Circular issued by then Asec. Arturo Lomibao regarding the extension of the renewal of driver’s licenses for those renewal covering the period of October 8 and 30, 2009.

Hoping for your usual urgent action. Thank you so much.

The Memorandum Circular needed is the one related to amnesty on the registration of motor vehicles with license plate numbers end in 9 and 0 (September and October registration).
