You asked for LTO Driver’s License Certification and Certificate of No Apprehension.

Response to Request

you or your authorized representative may apply for the Driver's License Certificate at the License Section, LTO Central Office, East Avenue, Quezon City.
 
Kindly send your authorized representative a copy of your driver’s license, authorization letter and a copy of a valid government issued ID of your representative, a corresponding fee of Php 100.00 is charged for the said certification.
 
You may apply for a clearance for no apprehension/alarm at the Law Enforcement Service (LES), LTO East Avenue, Quezon City.
