Hi i would like to know who is the owner of the Black Fortuner vehicle with plate no. ARA4632 that has a violation made in the City of Dasmarinas recently..due to Violation of ECQ GUIDELINES in the City of Dasmarinas..i want to help them to locate and know who are the responsible driver drive the vehicles.
