Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:

1. The number of registered motor vehicles in the Philippines from the year 2017-2019 and 2019-2021. 

2. The number of reported motorcycle thefts.

3. The number of reported accidents related to violation of the "Motorcycle Helmet Act of 2009".
