August 09,2022 Dear Elizer, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 18, 2022 12:15 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for a License. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. Nonetheless, to assist you on your concern, the Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card or are still having trouble entering their serial number. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: " Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?" Yes No Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information and continue with your renewal. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LTO Assistant Secretary Atty. Teofilo E. Guadiz III, CESO V at ltocdmpao@lto.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
