Hi, my name is Jerson Valencia, and I was trying to renew my driver's license, but the license I'm holding doesn't come with a serial number. My license number is N04-17-010457. 

At the back of my license, these are the numbers and letters written - 0006843731M5.

Notice that there is a letter in it, but on the renewal registration form, it only says number. Will you be able to help me with this?
