I just want to ask if it's ok if the LTFRB franchise shows the wife as the owner (with co owner deletion) and the LTO OR shows wife and husband as owners (note that the husband is deceased). If this is the case what should we do for us to register to LTO and franchise. We have existing franchise. This is for jeepney, we just bought it last sept and we have no idea how registration works and also do we need to have pnp clearance for this. Thanks in advance
