Good day,

I would like to request for the pick-up of my driver’s license card through a representative.
I am currently living in Finland and I won’t be able to visit your good office. I called your office twice at Zambales to request for my card because I will be working abroad, but they said they cannot issue me one and there is no card available.
 I really need the ID so I can request for a Driver’s License here in Finland. Hoping for your kind assistance and consideration.
