You asked for Forgotten email and client ID in LTO LTMS Portal.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from
Maaari po kayo mag-email sa aming client care para po matulungan nila kayo sa inyong LTMS concern. Ito po ang kanilang email: clientcare@lto.gov.ph. I-provide lamang po ang mga sumusunod na kinakailangan sa ibaba:

1.) Active email address
2.) One valid ID with signatures
3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature.
4.) Current photo of holding your valid ID.
