Hi! How can I get an updated LTO Certification? I got one in March 2021 but need one within 6 months of issuance. I am currently located in foreign country and cannot travel back to the Philippines.

You asked for LTO certification.

Response to Request

You or your authorized representative may apply for the Driver's License Certificate at the License Section, LTO Central Office, East Avenue, Quezon City.
 
Kindly send your authorized representative a copy of your driver’s license, authorization letter and a copy of a valid government issued ID of your representative, a corresponding fee of Php 100.00 is charged for the said certification.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LTO Assistant Secretary Edgar C.
