Hi LTO,

My driver's license is about to expire, I want to upgrade it from a Non-Professional Driver's License to a Professional Driver's License.

Can you tell me how it can be done and what are the processes involved?

Also, can I have it done on-line and just have it delivered to my house?

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.

: Narito po ang mga kailangan ninyong dalhin para sa inyong pagpapalit ng klasipikasyon na Professional Driver’s License:

- Duly accomplished Application Form for Driver’s License (ADL); 
- Presentation of copy of the medical certificate. (Electronically transmitted to LTO by the accredited medical clinic);
- Presentation of original valid / expired NPDL;
- Taxpayer's Identification Number (TIN).

Ang transaksyong ito po ay nagkakahalaga ng 425.
