Good day. 

May I ask for assistance po regarding plate replacement? It was filed and paid po last
2019 at LTO Mabalacat Dau extension branch. Upon checking in the LTO plate replacement
Inquiry online checker last December it is now available at LTO Caloocan District Office branch. 

My question is, can you send the replacement plate here in LTO Mabalacat Dau extension
Branch or LTO Capas branch? I am now from Tarlac and Caloocan is far from Tarlac. 

Plate replacement was filed in LTO Mabalacat branch po. 

For your assistance please regarding this matter.
