I would like to request for driver's license serial number because this is one of the requirements in filling out the online registration.

Thank you for your request dated May 06, 2022 11:07:45 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Request for drivers license serial number.

Response to Request

The Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card or are still having trouble entering their serial number. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: 
" Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?"

Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information and continue with your renewal.
