Greetings! I would like to request information about the API of LTO, such that:

1. It provides a license plate number with the registered vehicle. Hopefully, the registered vehicle associated with this license plate number also has the car model, car color, etc. The scope should be the whole Philippines. 

This information will be used for our Final Project in our Computer Engineering course.
