We are requestin for guidance on how to obtain an LTO Driver’s License Certification and Certificate of No Apprehension while we are overseas (Canada) and applying our foreign license. You asked for LTO Driver’s License Certification and Certificate of No Apprehension.

Response to Request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online. You may retrieve your requested information from https://lto.gov.ph/law-enforcement.html#certification-of-no-pending-apprehension-and-alarm.

Here are the requirements for the Driver's License Certification:

- Photocopy of Driver's License and Official Receipt
-For DFA Authentication, the Driver's License should be valid
-Letter of Authority and Valid I.D. of authorized representative.
