October 06,2021 Dear Paul Carlos, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 01, 2021 at 04:01 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Car Registration Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. However, you may personally process your Driver's License Certificate at LTO Central Office. Here are the requirements for the Driver's License Certification: - Photocopy of Driver's License and Official Receipt -For DFA Authentication, the Driver's License should be valid -Letter of Authority and Valid I.D. of authorized representative.
