I would like to request information about the standard procedure for LTO issuance of plastic license to replace the temporary paper license. Particularly, I am researching/validating whether there is a specific time that this processing is scheduled to occur e.g. only starting every 3pm Mon-Fri, as I was informed by the information officer and guard on duty. Thank you.
