Sir/Madam:

The office of Bureau of Internal Revenue Revenue District Office No. 102 - Marawi City is currently investigating revenue tax liabilities for the taxable year 2019 of NIA-Lanao del Sur Irrigation Management Office pursuant to the abovementioned LOA No. dated March 9, 2022.

In relation to this, we would like to request a certified list of all vehicles owned by the said taxpayer from 2017 to present pursuant to Section 5(B) of the Tax Code of 1997, as amended.
