Hi I would like to request for my serial number in order for me to register online and take the online exam to atleast make my queue at the LTO a bit faster. I am 7 mos pregnant and have knee issues at the moment. 

My license number is LTO LICENSE C0518005576 this is the only info I can find for I lost my license recently and need to renew.

You asked for REQUESTING FOR SERIAL NUMBER OF LTO LICENSE

Response to Request

The Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card or are still having trouble entering their serial number. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: 
" Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?"

Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information and continue with your renewal.

Your right to request a review
