Hi. I would like to request for the Minutes/Records of the the Screening and Selection Proceedings of the applicants for the published vacancies in the LTO Regional Office V on May 16, 2016 and November 2, 2016 (see the attached CSC publications).I am interested particularly in Administrative Officer I post (OSEC-DOTCB-ADOF1-119-2013) and Transportation Regulation Officer I (all 11 items). I am submitting this request,  as interested party and in accordance with the provisions of FOI, to make sure that  pertinent CSC circulars and issuances on selection and appointment are duly observed.
