Check History of Registration of a Vehicle

Requested from LTO by P. Abayon at 11:58 AM on Jan 09, 2019.
Purpose: To validate if this is really a brand new vehicle when sold by the dealership
Date of Coverage: 12/01/2015 - 01/01/2017
Tracking no: #LTO-236283327538

Abayon 11:58 AM, Jan 09, 2019

Hi, i am requesting information on history of registration of this vehicle:

VIN: JN1FBAF15Z0403256
Conduction number: OX4115

this vehicle was sold as brand new by Nissan. It has been rarely used wth odometer of 5k and with complete pms record. This December, this vehicle had an accident where the lower arm suspension control snapped due to rust when it hit a small pothole on the road.

This should be unheard of for a bnew vehicle that is rarely used.
Can we check if this vehicle was registered before in lto. We have suspicions this was not bnew vehicle
