Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from      Good Day Mr.,
 
To create changes/retrieved your LTMS portal account, please send to this email: "Client Care" <clientcare@lto.gov.ph>; with the following requirements below.

1.)  Active email address
2.) One valid ID with signatures
3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature.
4.) Current photo of holding your valid ID.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LTO Assistant Secretary  Jose Arturo M. Tugade at ltocdmpao@lto.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.


If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal of the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
