Hi LTO Officials,

I'm Harold, from HeroApps Software Development Services, a DTI-registered software development company. We have developed a reviewer mobile application for the Filipino community, aiming to help people with their review or process of acquiring a driver's license. With this, we will be needing to use the term "LTO" and use its public data/contents for reviews and guides. Therefore, we seek LTO's approval and kindly ask for proof of authorization as required by the mobile app stores. HeroApps is committed to aligning with regulations and ensuring a secure user experience.
